Nxora · Shopify apps
See why products come back, in your buyers' own words.
Your Shopify admin, right now
Refunded · 1 item, no reason provided
That line is Shopify's, not ours — it is what an order page says about a refund entered by hand. Your reports can tell you which products were refunded and for how much. What no report puts beside that number is why, and what in the product's own listing speaks to it.
This app ranks your products by refunded amount over the last 60 days — money that actually left the store, not a guess. Then, for each product, it shows the return reasons your store recorded and any note the buyer wrote, quoted word for word.
Where a reason points at something in the listing, it names only the findings that answer it: a return marked "item not as described" on a product that has no description at all.
Read-only. Nothing in your store is ever changed or rewritten. The app asks for
read_orders, read_returns and read_products and has no
write access at all. It cannot edit a product, a price, an order or a return, and it never
tries to.
An app that put "this product has no barcode" next to "$3,500 refunded" and left you to infer a connection would be guessing, and we said so for as long as that was all this app did.
A recorded return reason changes that. When a buyer says the item was not as described and the listing has no description, those two facts belong together, and neither of them is ours — one came from your customer, the other from your product. We put them on the same line and stop there.

Billed through Shopify. Cancelling is uninstalling — there is no retention offer and no form to fill in.
No. It cannot. The app holds read-only scopes and requests no write permission of any kind.
Then the app will tell you so on the first screen, with the actual count. A refund processed by hand in the Shopify admin carries no reason; only refunds that go through Shopify's returns flow do. If that is most of yours, the paid tier has little to add and you should know that before paying for it, which is why the number is on the screen rather than in a footnote.
It reads the note a buyer writes on a return, so it can show that note to you. It is never stored, never logged and never sent anywhere. No customer name, email, phone number, address or payment detail is read at all. Details are in the privacy policy.
No, and it is built not to. It shows the reason your store recorded next to the listing facts that relate to it. Where the reason has nothing to do with the listing, it says exactly that.
The app's access token is deleted and it loses all ability to read your store at that moment. It stores no refund, return, reason or note to delete afterwards — there is only the session record, and that goes with the uninstall. See the privacy policy.
