Nxora · AI Catalog Readiness
These terms govern a merchant's use of AI Catalog Readiness. Installing the app, or continuing to use it after a change to these terms takes effect, means the merchant agrees to them. See the privacy policy for what data the app reads and stores, and the data processing addendum for the processor terms that apply if the merchant's own obligations require one.

AI Catalog Readiness reads a merchant's Shopify product catalog and, on paid tiers, order line items, and scores the catalog against the criteria Shopify publishes for its Catalog and Agentic Storefronts pipeline. It ranks the fixes it finds by the sales behind each product, and on the Pro tier it adds an AI-generated review of titles and descriptions.
The app is read-only. It has no write access to a store and cannot change a product, a price, a title, a description, an order or any store setting. Suggestions the app produces, including AI-generated ones, are shown to the merchant and are never applied automatically.
| Free | Scans the first 50 products. Full score, full findings. No card required. |
|---|---|
| Growth — $19 / 30 days | Scans every product in the catalog, with unlimited re-scans. |
| Pro — $39 / 30 days | Everything in Growth, plus the AI review of titles and descriptions described in the privacy policy. |
All billing runs through Shopify's Billing API. Nxora never receives, sees or stores a merchant's card number or any other payment credential — that detail is held by Shopify and, where relevant, its payment processor, not by us. Charges appear on the merchant's regular Shopify invoice.
Paid tiers bill in 30-day cycles from the date of subscribing, not calendar months. Changing plan is done through Shopify. Shopify shows the terms of the change, including any amount charged and when the new rate starts, on its own approval screen before a merchant confirms. We do not set those terms and cannot alter them.
A merchant cancels a paid plan by uninstalling the app from their Shopify admin, or by removing the subscription through Shopify's own billing screen if the app exposes one. Uninstalling ends the subscription through Shopify and stops the app reading the store immediately; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
We do not separately invoice or collect payment outside of Shopify's billing system, and we have no mechanism to charge a merchant after the app is uninstalled.
We do not warrant that a score, a finding, or a fix improves a merchant's placement in any AI assistant, in Shopify's Catalog or Agentic Storefronts pipeline, or in any other system. The app diagnoses a catalog against criteria Shopify has published. It does not control Shopify's ranking logic, and it does not control how any AI assistant selects, ranks or presents products. Fixing every finding the app reports does not guarantee inclusion, ranking, or visibility anywhere.
The app's scoring reflects the published criteria as we understand them at the time of a scan. Shopify can change those criteria, and an AI assistant can change how it selects products, without notice to us. We update the app's checks when we become aware of such a change, but we make no promise about how quickly, and we are not responsible for a gap between a platform change and an update to our checks.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Nxora's total liability to a merchant arising out of or related to the app, under any theory of liability, is limited to the amount the merchant actually paid Nxora for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nxora is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages, including any loss of sales, traffic or ranking attributed to the app's findings or to acting on them.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The merchant is responsible for the content of their own catalog, including any change made as a result of a suggestion the app shows. The app does not review or warrant the legality, accuracy or suitability of product content; that judgment remains the merchant's.
We may change, add to, or remove checks and features as Shopify's own criteria change or as the app is improved. We may also change these terms; if a change is material we will say so in the app, and continued use after the new terms take effect is acceptance of them.
A merchant may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate a merchant's access to the app if we reasonably believe it is being used to violate these terms, to abuse the service, or to violate Shopify's own rules, or if Shopify requires us to. On termination, the data-handling commitments in the privacy policy still apply to what we already hold.
These terms are governed by the law of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
